excellent location, proximity to tube station, clean and modern room

Room sizes feel cramped!!! Noise from neighboring establishments and poorly functioning air conditioning detracted from comfort!!! Maintenance seems neglected in several areas!!!

All fine, but ants everywhere

Amazing place with great wi-fi, a lovely bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. The staff once recommended a fantastic food delivery service that I still remember. I'm looking forward to coming back for my next trip.

The friendly staff made our mornings brighter, and the breakfast choices were more varied than I expected, even if the dining area was tight.

The staff were super nice and helpful, even took their time to help us with questions. The room had everything we needed and the beds were comfy.

Perfect match for a transient visit in London with reasonable price. Clean room, but the sewage smell was off-putting. Keep the windows open at all costs to combat heat and noise.

The hotel was perfect for our family stay. The kids played nicely in the cozy lobby while we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The staff was accommodating, even bringing us extra pillows and towels, making our visit very comfortable.

the location is super nice, very close to underground n buses, made getting around easy. the staff were all pretty friendly n helped us with whatever we needed. our triple room was comfy and had lots of pillows, n the breakfast had good variety, was more than enough for us. actually enjoyed our stay here, it was a good deal for the money!

but the shower was really tiny n had a weak wifi connection in our room. also, the stairs to the reception were kinda steep and narrow.

We just spent 5 nights here and the beds were super comfy, with plenty of pillows. The breakfast spread was decent, enough choice for us. Staff was great, always friendly! the room felt pretty cramped, and we could hear street noise all night. Missed out on sleep because of that.

We enjoyed our four-night stay in the cozy Standard Double Room. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Kensington Palace and the metro station. Request a room away from common areas for a quieter experience!

The location of Seraphine was exceptional, just a short walk from the underground station, making it easy to travel around London. My room was well-sized, beautifully decorated, and featured a very comfortable bed. The breakfast provided a good variety of items, including freshly baked goods and various fruits. The staff were consistently friendly and efficient, always willing to assist with any requests I had.

WiFi was weak in the first room assigned.
